Abstract: Production of anti weathering portland cement containing Belite Part as main component was examined. Obtained results were as follows: (1) Quantitative determination of free lime is not sufficiently performed by the conventional chemical analysis. A new method considering the existence of solid solution or eutectic mixture in Alite part must be developed. (2) In order to obtain good product, clicker of hydraulic modulus of 1.6\sim\3.0, of silica modulus of 2.8\sim\3.4 and of chemical composition of 26.6\sim\28.3\percent\ of SiO2 and 59. 8\sim\62.9% of CaO must be used. When the clinker which satisfies these requirements is burned sufficiently, it contains 64\sim\70% of Belite. (3) Burning of the above described clinker at 1380\sim\1420\C\ gives the cement which has far more excellent anti-weathering property than commercially available portland cement does.
